The Global and International Studies Graduate School at Salamanca University and the Fundación Consejo España-Estados Unidos organized the workshop “The United States and Europe in the face of a new scenario: the decline of the liberal order in the age of Trump” last 16th and 19th March in Salamanca and Madrid with the participation of Robin L. Raphel,  U.S. Ambassador and member of our Think Tank, as the main speaker.
