Víctor Moreno Aguilar

Social Media Manager and Student Assistant

Víctor holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Sciences from the University of Salamanca. As well, he received his Master’s Degree in International Cooperation for Development from the University of Valladolid. Currently, he is a PhD candidate in Rule of Law and Global Governance, at the University of Salamanca. He researches the South-South Cooperation of the Gulf States.

He is in charge our programs’ social media channels and assists incoming students when moving to Salamanca.​
