Patrick Reilly, faculty member, participated as an international election observer for the 21 October 2017 Republic of Georgia Municipal Elections. Patrick Reilly participated as a member of the United States Delegation to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe’s Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (OSCE/ODIHR).
